This notice describes how HistoSuite handles information submitted through the public website. It is not a substitute for a customer processing agreement covering laboratory operational data inside the product.
When you submit a contact, demo or assessment form we collect the details you provide: name, organisation, job title, email, telephone, laboratory type, staffing range, current LIS, modules of interest and your message. We also store a technical IP address and user agent for security and abuse prevention.
We use that information to respond to you, to schedule demonstrations and assessments, and to keep an internal record of the commercial conversation. We do not sell it. Access is limited to HistoSuite personnel who need it to do that work.
Form submissions are stored in HistoSuite’s lead and booking records. Retention follows the life of the enquiry and ordinary business record-keeping. You may request correction or deletion of website enquiry data by emailing admin@appz.co.za.
This website uses a session cookie required for security (CSRF protection and, where used, authenticated administration). Theme preference may be stored in local browser storage. We do not run advertising pixels on this site.
HistoSuite is designed for South African and international laboratory customers. Where a POPIA or similar lawful basis is required for a later product deployment, that is handled in the customer agreement — not inferred from a marketing form.
